You can install more than one Ethernet card in your
pc, Windows 2k can disable any interface you want.
Setup all the NIC get the IP from DHCP. For example:
NIC1 connected to Cable modem, NIC2 to DSL modem, when
you use cable modem,just disable NIC2. when cable
modem down, disable NIC1 and enable NIC2, wait for 2-3
min for route table update. DO NOT need reboot. But
you need re login to accounts. (you have a new IP
now).
