[amibroker] AB and quotetracker not talking after Windows XP install

I used QT for an intraday feed for AB and everything was working fine.

I just migrated to a new machine and installed Windows XP professional and 
then installed AB and QT - and copied my data files across from my previous 
platform.

Now, I have QT running and AB running with the QT plug in - but no 
information is being transferred across from QT to AB.

Anyone have any ideas of what the problem might be?
