- Improved: xxPersistentGet()
- Added: xxABDatenumToDatestr(ABdatenum) converts ABdatenum to datestring according to users regional format
- Added: xxDatestrToABdatenum(datestr) converts datestring which is in users regional format into ABdatenum
- Added: optional "fAppend" param to xxTableExport(): it allows doing an export by appending to the given file
- Changed: there are xxRelPos() and xxRelPosA(), and both worked on arrays. This is now changed as follows:
xxRelPos() operates on single numbers
xxRelPosA() operates on arrays

with negative or mixed negative and positive values is mathematically either undefined, gives wrong results
(try in your pocket calculator), or very complicated to do. GPercent() is the solution for this problem; it
works with all numbers.
