[amibroker] Unable to upload function to AmiBroker site

I 
tried to upload some functions to the AB web site.  I ticked the radio 
button for "functions/procedures", but the program gives me an error because it 
doesn't see that button.   Perhaps that's why nobody has submitted any 
functions?
