Tomasz,

Great Addition...The database purify Tool....
I agree with Bill, nothing substitutes for real values for data holes.....
Some suggestions .....

I was using the tool yesterday and was 136 minutes into the operation...(
scanning US stocks database..over 7000 stocks ) ....I was unable to abort
the procedure.....
or it was slow to abort...I had to use the Taskmanager to close because
Amibroker stopped responding.....( windows XP home )....

Suggestions:

1. Would it be possible or feasible to add an option to allow scanning of
selected ticker ranges...
    something like ....

SCAN START ( STRING START..) ..A ............( start scan with all tickers
starting with A ) ...
SCAN END ( STRING END ).............B ...........( end scan with all
tickers starting with B ) ...

2. With the option to shorten the scanning of the database...as described
above....would it ( it
would be possible ) to have the TOOL create a .TLS file ( and drop it
on the Desktop ) containing
all the tickers found to have holes....and with the report generated by
the TOOL...we could set the
Historical range of dates needed to repair the holes......

Thank you
Anthony
