Toasting is, imo, not needed.
How do u deal with a bully? It is very staright forward.
Just ingnore the fella. Do not respond to any of the
person's post. 

As for AB and TJ, word of mouth has done wonders so far. Let's
carry on that way. Look, AB codes are listed first in TASC now!
It might even be so with ActiveTrader.

Let TJ decide on his own who he wants not as a customer, if that
becomes necessary.
