If enlightenment is what you want I would suggest you go and see Yoda
and ask him to tell you about the Force. I am not in the
enlightenment business.
All I did was mention something I had been beta-testing because it
seemed to fill a hole in my data needs and I thought it might help
someone else. So whats your problem?
Basically I wanted something which I could schedule to download the
latest snapshot of some UK data and automatically update Amibroker
and a couple of other packages. Databull did this for me, so end of
story.
If Amiquote does this fine. I am not getting involved in a turf war
for data downloaders. I have no interest in RT or true x minute
intraday bars only in being able to obtain a snapshot of the market
at various times of the day.
If you have to be ready with a 2000 word justification for anything
posted to this group it would seem that the best course of action
would be to remain silent.
