Import Script

Hi all ....
 
Please help again....
 
When updating from an ASCII file that doesNOT 
include industry ID's, i want to create a script to help me locate new shares 
that has been listed.....in order to manualy locate them to the right 
industries....
 
1.  I want to set up a group under 
"groups"
2.  I want the script to check if theshares 
in the update file exists in my database.
3.  The ones that do not exist are obviousely 
newly added shares....these must be imported the the "group" created in step 
1.
 
Now everyday i will be aware of newly listed shares 
to enable me to move them to the proper groups / industries....
 
All help will greatly be 
appreciated...
