Dear Don,
1. Currently there is no simple way to retain your original
sorting order of ticker list after import process
2. Currently AmiFeed-imported tickers go by default to the group 0.
So the solution is to move existing tickers out of group 0 (using
Stock->Organize assignments dialog) and then import quotes
using AmiFeed. Then all new tickers will appear under group 0.
Another solution is to modify default.format file (located in Formats
subdirectory) by adding $GROUP 251 line
so all new tickers will be added by default to group 251 (or any other
of your choice)
The next version of AmiFeed will have an ability to
define destination group, so you will be able to choose a different group.
Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
