Forgot to mention my original thought. I suspect
that many brokers have the type of capability that you are looking for, although
they may not permit you to use it. For example, Scottrade, RJT, and Datek
have that type of setup through the Quote Tracker interface. You might
send a note to QT and ask them - they know.
