New File Added

Hello,

I've added a new file to the files section called "Populate 
Database.EXE". This is a self extracting file with five files within 
it including an instruction text file. Based on my recent experience 
with setting up a database with NYSE, Nasdaq, AMEX and OTC stocks, 
this is the procedure I used. If anyone does try this, I'd be 
interested to know how they make out.
