Thanks for your response Tomasz. I understand how Industries and
Sectors fit together now, especially having read your tips in 7/2000. I
can see the logic in it.
I am now looking for UK industry categories to assign to these. The
problem that I have though is that often UK firms are involved in a
variety of industries (some similar, some diversified). This implies
that they may have entries in more than one industry. So the categories
dialogue in AmiBroker may require multiple industry selection for UK
use. However, I need to research UK sectors/industries/classifications
in more detail - so will get back to you on this one.
