my own daughter is in a foreclosure
this July was 1 year of no payments
the house does not have even a referee for a date of auction
when i called jp Morgan who bought the loan from countrywide
and offered 404K for a 445 balance they would not negotiate
taxes have not been paid now for 3 6 month period
the attorney for jpm told me it will go to auction dec
so
think how many people are 3 month 6 month 9 month
and are not foreclosed yet!!
