[RT] spam filter

Over the weekend, the Yahoo spam filter blocked several mails from 
going through to the list.  I have
therefore, removed the filter since we have the list set to only 
members can post anyway.  I hope this
ends this unusual but irritating problem.  Those mails have now been 
released but may appear to not
have been sent in a timely fashion, even though they were.
