Well then, the answer is simple: let's stop producing cars....especially overseas.

A GM bankruptcy would help in that regard.

Subject: [RT] Re: OIL

We are all forgetting china and India
in 1990 there were only    1 car in china per 1000 people
in 2000    there were   15 cars per   1000 people
in 2007    there were    21   cars  per  1000  people
there is a gm plant in china producing  Cadillac's
in 2000   they sold 25000
in 2007 the waiting list is 7 month long and
they produced  375000 cars

in 2000   their  electric  was 80-85%   coal production
in 2007   their electric   is  65-70%     rest is gas turbines  and oil fired  turbines
they sighed a contract in 2007 to build    35 nuclear reactor's
(to be completed in 2010)
contractor is a private French company
(it build all nuclear  facilities in France, since 1977 there was not even ONE  nuclear accident in France)
world economy  means higher demand, even if we get recession
oil under 70   is a dream  (at least until 2011)
