While the evidence does seem conclusive that we are in a longer term Bear market, the more relevant question for me is "How do I make money next week?" My work suggests the markets are ready for a little bear market rally. I am generating many more buy signals than sell signals both on a daily and weekly basis. I expect the NASDAQ to lead the charge with software and semi's recovering a bit. Of course the good thing about trading is that everyday is different and presents another opportunity. My buy of the week is ERTS at 45.02 Stop and a target of 49.

definitely tenuous, but while we spiked down thru the 2002-2008 trendline we did not close below
 
do have some lower targets that would be in play if we close below.  a close above 12400 would be encouraging to the bulls

we also broke the trendline on weekly bars from 2000!!!!
