Re: [RT] Freetradingvideos.com

PureBytes Links

Trading Reference Links

Attached is an example of the trendline technique and the rising wedge (using candle stick bodies).

Note how the support and resistance is better using the body (red arrows) vs. the actual high andf low.  Also a better way to draw the TL for the rising wedge.

Like I said, I have never done it this way, but looks like an improvement to me.

Not a bad short setup?

As someone who mainly just lurks on this list and tries to stay out of trouble, I had wondered why anyone would recommend a site with the following text, esp with the 4 1/2 year old expiration date.  It all makes sense now.  The real link is much more interesting ;-)

"This Is a One-Month, Limited Time Market Test Offer to Readers of Futures Magazine! "

This offer is good only until July 30, 2003 at which time we will rescind this offer.  Only readers of Futures Magazine are receiving this offer.  Don't wait.  Request the Simple Trading Toolkit while you can.  There is a good chance we many never extend this offer again.

Thanks, Don!

My first post on the subject had the incorrect link.  I am referring to http://www.freetradingvideos.com/  My first post left off the s on video.

I have no idea what the other site is.

Use the second link I posted to get you to the one I found helpful.  Sorry about that folks.

Yes, it is sometimes good to get back to the "roots" of how many of us likely started trading.  I have found their use of candlesticks to establish trendlines and support and resistance something I never have done.  Again interesting site and no cost, also a message board which I have not spent much time on.

I am finding d-seven commentary interesting (have not listen to all the other people yet).

Look at:
Broad Market took a hit . . . (For market commentary, Support & Resistance):
Indices are CRAZY . . . (again market commentary, Trendlines)

A glance at trendlines . . . (CF Holdings example trendlines)

APPL bull pullback and a trendline tip  . . . (how he draws trendlines with candlesticks)
