Strange situation here. Wonder what everyone thinks who might care to comment.
This company is in a nice little niche business and claim to have an
offer to sell all outstanding shares of the company for .49 per
share. The rub is that the shares are selling for between .10 - .12
.. It's obvious that people don't believe the story or they
don't know about it. No analysts follow the stock of course, (being
a penny stock), but there is a lot of volume. I have taken a sizable
position since even though it's by no means a sure bet, it's probably
50/50 it happens in my opinion and for a 500% return, I'll take the
risk. The CEO and board have approved the sale, the buyer's board
and CEO have approved the buyout and only the shareholder meeting of
the seller is left to finalize the deal. Just something to mull over
during the weekend if you have time.
