The markets have declined to a level where a reversal may occur. I do not expect much more to the downside - mostly sideways action until 11/7 where the reversal is forecasted.

The next date of interest is/13  which should terminate the up move.

What will the market do after the Fed announcement today? My next Near Impulse daily turning point is 11/7. Other indicators point to a low around 11/6 so I expect a down move with the understanding that the impulse caused by the Fed action is unpredictable.
