I think
this policy addresses my issue with Ira's link-only posts. My assumption
is that link-only posts will no longer be allowed but posts with links
will be accepted if they contribute commentary or opinions.

Well, sort of .. A link only post will be acceptable if the member
posting is a regular contributor to the list in terms of sharing his/her
ideas and opinions on the markets. Every individual post doesn't
have to meet that qualifier but the poster's history needs to meet
it. ie: Ira posts web site url's which show what may happen
if other things happen. "break through this support and the
next support is ****" If he also posts to this list with such
things as "if we make a lower high tomorrow at EOD then I believe we
will go lower on the S&P for 3-4 days" then the policy is met.
Contribute your ideas to this list and either include your web site or
send a separate post with only the web site but list contributions are
the credits for advertising.
