That's a pretty good synopsis; I'd say.
Actually; if someone were seriously interested in the software and they paid
$400
for the transfer fee; I sold them my version for
$400; that would represent a savings of $500 since the cost new would
be
$1,295.
I don't think the FT people are being too
unreasonable: just somewhat.

either the firm
who sold the original software doesn't allow it or it
simply won't work if
reloaded and in either case, if you're going to offer
something for sale
which has been used, make certain there are no such
"strings" attached to
it and it is fully usable and totally transferrable
from one customer to
the next. Charles stated clearly what the
situation is with what he is
selling but I want to make absolutely certain
that no one on this list gets
taken for a ride they didn't plan to
take.
