It seems there are some programs which are purchased that can not be
transferred from one person to another. By "can't" I mean either the firm
who sold the original software doesn't allow it or it simply won't work if
reloaded and in either case, if you're going to offer something for sale
which has been used, make certain there are no such "strings" attached to
it and it is fully usable and totally transferrable from one customer to
the next. Charles stated clearly what the situation is with what he is
selling but I want to make absolutely certain that no one on this list gets
taken for a ride they didn't plan to take.
