Lycos.com Live Charts will give you free delayed, 
possibly free real time Nasdaq, and low cost real time.  For historical try 
the Smart Downloader(free) from  www. hypertader.it, which will work with 
the free Yahoo data.
 
I haven't used the Smart Downloader but I've used 
their other free programs and they are well designed...plus free 
support!
