[RT] OffTopic Speed of Serial port and Multi Monitor Cards

I use and old jeronimo pro multi monitor card that works fine with a
motherboard that max's at 133 FSB and wish to upgrade my motherboard
to a frontside bus speed that ranges from 200 to 400.  Will this
effect my serial port speed and my video card?  Thanks
