If any of you had custodial funds with the subject you are or should be
aware:
1. You should have received close to $.50 on the dollar on your Receiver's
Certificate about a year ago.
2. You were told that the Receivership Certificate no longer has any value
and is no longer in your account.
3. Aside from 1 and 2, the law firm of Shelist & Schwartz has met success
in its class action suit and uncovered more funds. It is believed to be in
excess of $3,000,000 and will be distributed among INTRUST account holders
who had to pay for the embezzlement pro rata.
