This is a study on weekly data. Given only 2 choices of where
to go it said a lot more upside or a lot more downside as of
right now. REMEMBER, this is NOT a forced pivot. Working
off the last valid pivot established in last quarter of 2002.
To me it looks most probable on the downside BUT let the
price movement over the next few weeks indicate which
path will be taken.
