Simple rule: NEVER open/install an exe attachment. Never. Ever. Also
applies to .pif, .scr, etc. To simplify further, never open ANY
suspicious attachment.
If you get a non-M$ email client this is MUCH easier, and MUCH safer.
NEVER use Outlook if you can possibly help it.

Forget it. Virus emails are almost always spoofed. Not worth the
effort.
