I will add something here since all I have seen is a couple of quick
negative responses which have no background reasoning attached.
I have personally dealt with Mr. Gilmore and had had no issues. He
delivered what was promised and in a couple of cases, more that that.
He had a Yahoogroup called Club144 which had a minimal cost where I
watched him trade the mini-SP in real time for two years and
constantly make money. I learned more in that room watching the good
and the infrequent bad days than in everything else put together
before or since. The emini trading manuals he has written are the best
trading docs I have ever seen. Other than one other source which
complements his work, I use nothing else today and I make money in the markets.
I don't know the contents of the seminar. I assume it is focused on
the S&P, but I have applied the same material to other markets. You
won't get some black box system and it will take some work on your
part to internalize the concepts and apply them based on your own
style.
Value is a subjective thing, so $2500 is a different thing to each of
us. For myself it is simply, does it help me make money or not? I
would assume that there is some overview of the material to be
presented.
I know that there have been issues between him and others in this
group, but I can only comment on my personal experience.
