Dear Ben,
Thanks for the welcome. I have missed you. I have been caring for my aging
Mother and basically doing my own thing. I have not forgotten your
generous offer but the timing has not been right for me. That will improve
by the end of October when all my stock options expire and my margin money
is freed up cash.
