I'm considering getting a wireless modem for my laptop to monitor trades
& adjust orders during the day.
I've been using a Samsung I-330 SmartPhone for this purpose. It's an
amazing little device, but the process of changing/placing orders
through the IB MobileTrader interface is incredibly tedious. To place
or change an order requires you to go through 7-8 screens, each with a
lengthy round-trip to the IB server & back. Changing 10-12 orders takes
as much as half an hour... it's driving me nuts!
>From my PC I can accomplish the same thing in about 30 seconds.
Is there anyone on the list who uses a wireless modem/laptop combination
to connect directly to the web?
