How about some equity ideas for the list? I'm sure many of our members
have a favorite stock or two and the reasons why they like them.
I like NLY .. it pays a 12% dividend and has a PE of 8. It should benefit
from the lower rates as people and funds begin to shift to these issues. I
also like CHK which has a reasonable PE and has had strong earnings
growth. These are not day trades of course but they are, (in my humble
opinions, good investments).
Other ideas?
