this tool is a longer term tool (1-3
weeks)
it also shows that the top is in
as the blue line is on the upper end of the move
(max upside intra day maybe 5-10
points)
looking at this tool you can also see that it
never in the last few month touch the lower objective (showing
the bears that this is still in bull mode)
