That's a myth. You must be watching TV too much.
Companies care about their profits, not the consumer.
Real reason is companies want 500% to 5000% profit instead of 30-50%
as they usually get with domestic production.
Savings passed to consumer are minute in comparison with corporate
profits. But jobs going abroad reduce buying power here.
So at the end corporations suck money from both sides, keeping
Chinese communism in tact and bankrupting average American.
Welcome to Clinton's globalization. As he said: It's the money, stupid
Plus add Bush's waste on war and oil=long recession. Bush says: "It's
the oil, Stupid"
What about Freedom? American freedom is being tossed for money and
oil, while US presidents bought by corporations are practically
telling in the open that US constitution is Stupid.
First globalization produced a corporate boom of the 90's, but there
is no room to go cheaper then China.
Now they make 1 man do 3 man job and firing domestically. And when
that is over and they squeeze the last drop of blood. What's next?
Social crisis that world never seen before? Massive strikes? Crime
rates skyrocket?
Will the government be able to make necessary adjustments or it is
too bribed by corporations that want to turn US into the 3-d world
country with cheap labor and no rights. Are we going back to slavery?
Are you still capable to think for yourself or they reprogrammed you
into some corporate robot?
They make you believe: "Business justifies everything, stupid"
But that's not what US constitution says. I don't believe Jefferson
was that stupid to guard government from special interests.
And what we witness today is the biggest corruption ever.
