Dell has gone to India for tech support.  When I bought my latest machine I
had them specifically state in my profile that I was to get US tech support
and that India was to transfer me.   I haven't had to use it yet, but I hope
that it works.  IN India they speak impeccable English and don't understand
a work you are saying.  Unbelievable.
