Our modest North Orange County, Ca home is closer to that figure than not:
350-360K, and it is not 'worth' that, regardless it would sell there.
Pretty scary. Where will the labor pool live? Our kid will
not be able to afford a home soon, maybe now.
My little job shop is a couple of steps up from dead in the water and
has been for over a year.
I won't vote for him.
