And how about John Gruden!?! He didn't even play at the pro
level, yet he's had a hand helping BOTH superbowl teams get there.

Sure the teams have talent, but this guy that couldn't do it himself
clearly has a talent for teaching others how to do it..... I think 
it's the same in trading (although there ARE a lot of con-men out 
there), some people know how to trade, but don't have the talent / 
psychology to get the job done themselves.
