Not to say Jake is a good coach (i dunno), but "coaching" and trading
are different skills. Just 'cause you know how to do something
doesn't mean you are any good at it. An example I like is Pat Riley
and Phil Jackson: they were average players at best (in the context
of NBA pros), but both will be first round hall of famers as NBA
coaches. Or how about John Wooden or Red Auerback? Ever hear about
their playing skills? Yet they coached the two greatest dynasties in
hoop history.

PS: Actually Wooden was a very good college player.
