Why do 1958-level rates spell deflation?  Why doesn't it just spell
1958 rates?  Did we have deflation in 1958?  Was it a depression?  Get
a grip on yourself or I'll start a collection to send you to JA-PAN.
You're starting to remind me of Dic Migrain only with less content.
