Delta does not necesssarily project exact dates. The "point" dates are generated from the analysis of a significant number of complete cycles on each time frame to be statistically significant.
I see the dates as windows of when a high or low will come in. Some dont like the "play" involved in the dates ie a p[oint can come in a +/- days late or early or on time.
Quite frankly, I see more confusion trying to label EW counts that I ever have regarding a rotation on Delta.
Cycles are dynamic. Larger cycles affect smaller cycles. Cycles expand and contract. These attributes are inherentin cycles andany kind of cycle analysis whether it be Delta, EW, bar counting or what ever.
Delta is a good toolforme because infinately moretimes that not itpoints me in the right direction of a move and that is all I initially have ever wanted to know. Is the market going to move up or down and approximately when.
Nothing is perfect,nothing is right all the time, but for the tools I have at my disposal it serves me fairly well.
