I completely agree Earl.....I dont think I have
ever knowingly violated a stop. But no matter how big your stop is.....there
will always be times when the market closes within a few points of that. Let me
know if I am being paranoid...lol

Stops?????????
Stops should be used for the purpose of controlling risk
and preservingcapital. Although there are many who trade without stops or
use themselectively, I can't imagine any reason for being selective about
riskmanagement. If you can't carry stops wide enough to handle the
volatility ofnight sessions, then you shouldn't carry
overnight.Earl----- Original Message -----From: "Sean

am trading the emini S&P and was wondering how people handled
theirstops if they are hit during after hours trading. If my stop is hit
based onthe charts and work I have developed.....should I get out? My gut
feeling isthis is the sneakiest, most manipulated time imaginable. Would
appreciateany thoughts on this, I dont really want to have to watch my
positions at 3am sat....the only thing I want to see at that time is Benny
Hill.....orMiss November.SeanTo
