[RT] Cycles - Summations and composite?

Have been doing a little web surfing about cycles 
lately and have seen summation of cycles and composite of cycles 
mentioned.  
 Are these the same.  What does each 
mean?
 
 If you have say a 10 day cycle, a 25 day 
cycle and a 70 day cycle.   
 
 What would be the summation of the cycles and 
what would be the composite of the cycles?  And how is it figured for 
each?
