[RT] Dow 4000 in October?

I accidentally deleted a post about the Dow being forecasted at 4000 
in October.

I am not debating it but just would like to see some meat behind such 
a forecast...if true we all better be getting into cash at each 
rally,buying puts like crazy along with other measures and we will be 
the only ones not to suffer.
