I'm happy with it.My best results havebeen with the 5 and
15minute time frames whichis what I use themajority of the
timefor the next day and evenweekly projectionswith the 15
minute.I have not had greatresults with the 30 and60 minute time
frames.I'd say about 50% accuracy. This is a "user" problemas Clyde
seems tohave no problem withgetting his lengthinputs to fit
bandsaround price.But, I know in "advance"it's likely not a
goodprojection and thisis a very Key Point
toRecognize  with  the inputs; Ifthe Bands do Not
fitprice well.  This letsme know high odds  that the
projection is very questionable.  Thisis True for any timeFrame
that you use.The hourly and 30 minutejust happen to bethe hardest
for meto work with.  I'vehad no problems withother time
frames.You saw Thursday'sprojection for Friday.This was a good
fit withLength one.  I feltOkay with the projectionbecause
of this.
This is a "bogus" projectionI did enclose forFriday's
trading.  (justignore friday price action)  You can see
immediately that the banddoes not Fit Price action at all on
Thursdaythe day prior tothe projection. This would be
veryquestionable and letsyou know in advanceto change your
input.It stands out.
I usually use 2-3 lengths;but Thursday could notget Price to
fit those lengths, so I just didone length.  It didwell.
I'm slowly working on the
30 and 60 minute time frames.I did an hourly
projectiontwo weeks ago onthe ndx (close 1060).  Itprojected
down untilthe beginning of thisweek and up intomid week;then
downfrom there into the endof the week. (I stoppedit at this
week).   I onlyused one length asI couldn't  "fit" 2nd
and3rd lengths to the bandsaround price.   Thisis the
first I've did anhourly in about a month. The projection fit withthe
Bands around Pricevery well also.Weclosed 95  points
lowerfrom that projection. It took me a coupleof weeks to
feel comfortable and confidentwith the length inputs toutilize it for
trading. Two weeks after I gotit I started testing it onthe time
frames thatworked best for me whichis the 5 minute and 15
minute.   Results havebeen 70% accuracy.Out of 29 trading
days20 have been on target.(july 4th shortened week)My best week was
theweek of July 4th; 100%accuracy that week. The worst week was
thelast fed meeting week;2 out of 5 days correct. The first
attempt at a verylong term was last weekend. It shows July 12-26
foran intermediate low withthe 2nd length; ThenThe larger
Band/Length OneStill going down nowand bottoming and Turning Up April
2003 simultaneously with the2nd length again then also.I noted the
Brenner-Fibcycle  posted a fewweeks ago also has nearthis 2003
time frame. It's not plug and play.Projections are onlygoing to
be as goodas your length inputs. It's not that hard to doat all; just
requirestime in the beginning.Like I said, the problemsI have
had have beenwith 30 and 60 minuteand I'm slowly working on that.
But whatI am doing right now;I've been happy withand can use for
trading in
the time frames I'm using. I spend
probably about15 minutes a night forthe next day  andabout 30
minutes forthe weekly projection. Hurst Advocatesto use
breakingthe trendline to "confirm"a cycle low or high. The
"Price" target projection was easilyhit Friday.  But, thereis still
"time" left forthis cycle low goinginto early Monday.
The Presenttrendline to break above now is nowat 855 to "confirm"
 and will be steepened if
we golower with any lowerprice action
on Monday.Hope this helps.Rhonda

I would also like to have your opinion on the
hurst envelope indicators as far as helping in your trading.  How you use
  them etc.

    Thanks,

    Dear Moderator,

I very much respect that you did
    that.
I do have a  question regarding this
    as I would
like to know where to draw
the line in what I post as I'm
    new to the forum within
    the last month.

I had a member of the
    forum ask me about
    Hurst 4 after I posted
the projection I did last night
for
    today that
lined up with his VIX/SPX projection
     within
    a day of "time".

    Price Projection
    target hit  today within 3
    points
    of  the projection within the
    last
    30 minutes of the close.
    Projection 845-860:  actual
    price
    low today 842.
Can I answer him on the
forum or should I do so
    in private?
    This is not advertising of
    the product, but yet
    to let him know what
to expect of the product from
    my experience.  Not to
try to sell or advertise it at
all.  But in reality what my
    experience has been with
    the Hurst 4.

    Sincerely,
    Rhonda
