I've heard these sort of CIA led conspiracy theories for years as well.
One might as easily blame Bill Gates for the 9/11 bombings as a ploy to
divert attention away from the anti-trust trial and towards the war on
terrorism. After all, with 260 billion dollars in revenue and a personal
fortune of 63 billion dollars, Mr. Gates and Microsoft stand to loose a
lot if their empire is felled.
Clearly a goofy scenario, as is a CIA conspiracy.
