You may want to check out a company called Anthro Cart I believe.  They make
a lot of computer/multi-system desks, carts.  It seemed to me that they had
a setup that they marketed towards salesrep displays, etc. they you could
potentially use.  I believe you can also add a flip-up desk/shelf to these
units so you could "sit" when you wanted.
