There are many types of software out there that are relatively inexpensive which will
do the filtering for you.  You can stipulate any number of criteria and they will
scan 20,000 stocks and give you the results.  In most instances the data is provided
free on a daily basis.  Some brokerage firms have similar programs that will filter
for you.
