I'm from the KISS school of thought and use the three basic Elliott rules with some closing rule slop. I've seen Neely's stuff/newsletter. Too complicated for my style. I mean no disrespect for the man but he uses more letters than Carter has pills! One of these days he's going to have to petition Congress to add more letters to the alphabet : >)
