[RT] non-US trading instruments similar to US's e-mini

I confess to being totally ignorant to the non-US markets.  I'm looking to
expand my horizons beyond the US markets.  Is there anything in the European
and/or Asian markets similar to the US's e-mini ES or NQ on the futures side
or the QQQ or SPY on the equity side.

I would prefer the following:

1) Reasonable margin requirements similar to ES's ~<= 4,000 US dollars and
reasonable contract size ~<= 50,000 US dollars.
2) Electronic exchange and order execution.
3) Tight bid ask spread with data feed displaying depth of best bid and ask.
4) Reasonably priced real-time data feed available in the US - prefer
eSignal or to much lesser extent QCharts and reasonably priced real-time
data exchange fees.
5) Hopefully can execute trades through Interactive Brokers Trader
Workstation.
6) Historical intraday data (tick or 1 minute) available preferably several
years worth of price data and hopefully related data such as market breadth.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
