Excuse me, but when HASN'T Arch Crawford predicted 
a horrible Spring,,, and Summer, and Fall, and Winter.  He has been a bear 
so long I think he lives in a cave.
 
Yes, he was right about his prediction that the 
market would crash as it did in 2000.  The problem is he predicted it 
in 1995, and thus missed the entire run up.
