Yeah, I understand that one BUT only one leg is
used to determine
the length from which to compute the lengths for
the projections.

All this does is make a projection from a pivot
using not the last
leg but the next to last leg for computation and I
note that he calls
it the ALTERNATE method -- which seems to me to
indicate the
PREFERRED method uses the last rather than next to
last leg.

Thanks for giving me the specific reference.

        called
it alternate.

Don't know if you possess Miner -

You have to draw a picture for me to understand
    what you are saying.

I cannot find (in all the literature I have)
    any instance in which the
use of two legs of a cycle are used for Fib
    computations.

    Open to something new!

Hi Clyde...To do expansions correctly you
need 3 data points an ABC swing. It seems from your gif you are using
two data points only?I realize most software packages do it
incorrectly, but they arewritten be programmers, not
      traders.-Neal.At 08:01 PM 4/17/2002 -0500, you

        FIBO Display--correctionThere have been
many ideas advanced about how Fib values are used. I got to
wondering what would happen if we selected a series of swingsfrom
some significant pivot/turning point and looked at what happenedto
Fib lines from ALL of these at once. See the attached AND
PLEASE COMMENT !!!!! Remember, all of these lines could
have been drawn on 9/17/2001if you had believed that was a
significant low.  Maybe we would havewaited to 10/12 or so but
that is still a long way back.  I just noticed I was
plotting fib lines from the beginning of each<FONT face=arial

        trendlineas it should have
